I am the proud owner of the Darkstalkers art book. The book has, like EVERYTHING in it about the characters, miscellaneous tidbits of information and trivia, the sort of stuff I geek out about.

And, near the end of the book, there's an index for all the powers that transform the characters in some way or another. Of course, Midnight Bliss was on there, my absolute favorite attack in the Darkstalkers series.

I brought the art book with me while I was on vacation, then was overcome with the urge to draw ALL the Midnight Bliss transformations. That's how I came up with this.
